Who am I?

• I am Chinese, but was raised in an English speaking country. I can speak 6 languages to varying degrees of fluency.

• Growing up abroad gave me the opportunity to experience China both as a local and an outsider. I too faced many of the same problems that many foreign tourists experience, so I’m in the perfect position to give you the some of the best tips available.

My mission

• I started this website with a mission: to provide essential information to visitors to China, to make your journeys as seamless as possible, to help make your China experience the best it can be!

• A lot of the content is based off my own travel notes that I have used to help family and friends. Born and raised outside China, I returned several years ago for the long-term - completing one of my childhood’s ambitions. So, I can appreciate the foreigner’s perspective of travelling around China better than most, while having deep insider knowledge about everyday life in China.

• I know that it is not easy for people outside of China to find up-to-date and relevant information. I hope this website can help guide your journey and solve common problems, giving you greater confidence in taking the plunge and enjoy what China has to offer.

• I hope to play my part in enhancing the connection and understanding between China and the rest of the world.

• I will continue to develop new features to help more people like you travel easily across China while discovering the magic of the country.
